Dexter Buenaluz graduated from the University of Fine Arts in Diliman, Philippines in 2001. He is an Electronics and Technology enthusiast, Art teacher, Gamer, has been working as a Freelance Graphic artist for more than 25 years and a hardcore Manga and Anime Fan for more than that.

He specializes in a wide variety of illustration techniques, ranging from pen and ink, technical drawing, airbrush, acrylic painting, building Plastic model Kits and of course Anime/manga illustration.

He started drawing digitally in the year 2000 and later adapted drawing using the pen tablet in 2007. Started his professional working career as a graphic artist and software instructor for an IBM learning center before finally deciding to pursue freelance Illustration full-time in 2005 and teaching art to students interested in drawing anime.

His ability to adapt and change drawing styles enable him to work with a wide variety of clients from Children's books, Caricatures, Game and Fan Art projects, Western Style Comics, and most especially Anime/manga illustration.
